Location

Located on the border of Huntington and Wells Counties, Markle is strategically positioned at the interchange of Interstate 69, U.S. 224 and Indiana Route 3 & 116. It is a prime location for industrial, retail and commercial development.

The community’s location is within a 24-hour truck drive of 80 of the top 100 United States markets and at the very center of the automotive manufacturing industry. The Fort Wayne General Motors truck assembly plant is located 10 miles north of Markle on I-69. This industrial location is convenient and draws quality employees from the local Huntington County workforce as well as the neighboring counties of Wells, Grant, Wabash, Blackford and Allen.
