Halloween Trick-or-Treating will be observed on October 31st from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm.

Goblins, gowls, witches, and princesses should only visit the manors with their front porch lights on. If there are no lights on at the manor, you could assume they are out bobbing for apples or too busy making mischief.
